Your driveway is an important visual part of your home and a well-kept drive helps make the whole house look better and more welcoming.

The main issues tend to be:
• Weeds and/or moss growing in the joints between the blocks
• Algae of varying colours, usually white or yellow “splodges” growing on the blocks
• A buildup of dirt and grime on the surface

Our usual procedure is:
• Pressure clean your blocks, making sure to get as much muck and sand out of the joints as possible, then leave it for four to five days to fully dry.
• Sweep new kiln-dried sand into the joints, then,
• Seal it straight away. The sealer soaks into the jointing sand, setting it solid, so weeds cannot grow in the joints. It also beautifies the surface and gives protection against staining. It means that in future, growths, muck and grime cannot get impregnated into the surface; this makes it much easier to clean in future.
